To transfer domains to us from TalkTalk, please email [email protected] with the following message:

For domains ending in .uk (please contact us first before contacting TalkTalk Business):

I wish to move my domain to another provider. Please would you unlock it and set the IPS tag to REGISTRAR-EU, and confirm when this has been completed.

For all other domains:

I wish to move my domain to another provider. Please would you unlock it and provide me with an authorisation code so that move can be completed.

This email needs to come from an address that is authorised to deal with your account @ TalkTalk or it will likely be rejected.

Once this has been done, please forward their response to [email protected] so we can set things up at this end. 

Also be sure to let us know if you use the domain for anything other than email, such as a website so that we can copy the settings from your existing configuration.
